SHIPPING POLICY

Products typically ship within 48 hours!

Shipping: 

SShipping within the USA

We usually ship items on the same day; however, there are occasions it may take longer than usual. You may expect to receive your purchase items with 2-4 working days.

Please note that,

  • We don’t ship your purchased items unless your payment is confirmed. You will receive confirmation of your order and payment via email.

  • We take 1-3 business days to process and ship your order via leading postal services.

  • The free shipping offer is subject to fulfilling minimum order requirements.

  • We may get in touch with you in case we need further information regarding your order. 

  • We don't ship to P.O Boxes. All such orders will be canceled. You can get in touch with us if you have any confusion regarding the delivery of your products. 

  • Our processing and shipping time excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

International Shipping. 

  • Unless otherwise specified, we may also ship product packages internationally. It may take 5-7 working days to deliver depending on your location.   

  • Please remember that we cannot ship items until the payment has been confirmed. 

  • The delivery is the only estimation; we take no responsibility for the delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. 

  •  Free shipping is not available for orders outside the USA.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes.

  • In case you want us to ship your orders outside the United States, then there may be taxes and duties applicable to your packages as per the laws of the destination company. 

  • We don’t pay customs, duties, and taxes that may be applicable to your items nor can you provide any assistance regarding how much it can be. You should contact the relevant authorities in your country to explore more information about it. 

  • When you receive your package, courier service may ask you to pay the customs duty applicable to that package by law.

  • All applicable customs, import fees, or collection fees are not included in the delivery charges hence is your responsibility. 

  • As per law, we may mention the content of the package over the package and its stated value.

  • The taxes and fees are calculated with the help of many factors that include location, material, item values, etc. 

  • We don’t have any control or influence on these charges nor can we estimate how much these charges might be.

  • In case your order requires any additional charges, they are on the responsibility of the customers to pay for it.

 

Track My Order.  

You will receive an email confirmation with the order number after an order has been placed successfully.  This order number can be used to track the order status on our website. 

 

Shipping Time: We will ship your order from 1-3 business days, and the transit time is 1-5 business days. (The shipping time is subject to change with or without notice.) 

For a truck load or pallet order, please contact  us at sales@naturallivingbydesign.com for our best policy to support you.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email support@naturallivingbydesign.com and we are happy to help resolve the issue if possible. Thank you for your understanding with this.

  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To return an order:

1) Email us at support@naturallivingbydesign.com with your order number. We will then provide you with a return address. 

2) Include a note with your return specifying your order number.

3) Email your order number and return tracking number to to support@naturallivingbydesign.com.

4) When we receive the return we will refund you.

In the shipping process, if we make any mistake in filling your address and the package is returned, we will contact you and send it to you again right away.

 

If you make the mistake in filling your address, you have to pay for both returning and reshipping cost.

If there is any problem with our product like damage, you will receive a replacement free of charge.


If the products are shipped to you and they are not damaged, you will need to pay for both shipping cost and returning cost. Then we will refund the product cost for you. If you need the picture of your lamp, please email us.

If any “Out of Stock” product is ordered, you will be noticed in 24 hours and you can replace your order with other items/item with 10% discount or you can get a refund upon request.
